Was through phone interview. They cut me out after hearing my expected salary and didn’t even gave me time to said it’s negotiable depending on their other benefits which they didn’t even let me know

There's no certain process for sure! I was given a real data analytic case to test my on-the-daily-job-skill I guess. But that's about it! Then I was interviewed by the Head of BD. He only asked behavioral questions that made me wonder what they were really looking for.
The interview was great, though it took lot of stages. I had to do Interview for 4 times but the interviewer was nice and share a lot about the job information

Interview was fast and over zoom. First round was with HR, second round with your future RO, last round with the department head. Last round is mostly about cultural fit
