I apply my CV on official career website of Shopee. HR will contact you for a quick screening if your CV qualified, this step you might want toremember what you have listed down on your CV for discussion with HR. Then if you pass the screening they will arrange an face to face interview with lead/head of the department that you applied to. The process might take 1 week or longer if there are negotiation on salary or other benefit.

It was efficient and productive only lasting 1 week. Interview questions were challenging and interesting. Both hiring manager and Depaertnent being able to test your business accumen with these situational questions is really nice

Intern was quite chill and asked about myself and how I would deal in a difficult situation, afterwards it was up to me to ask any questions for the company
Smooth, fast and signed contract within less than 2 weeks from start process. Start with call with HR, schedule interview with team, and they may include tests if need be
