First a recruiter from the peoples' team will contact you for a brief phone interview/ sharing, followed by a zoom interview with recruiters from the specific departments, asking more technical and specific questions

What if you have an urgent role, but none of the applicants meet the requirement?
The interview process consisted of 3 rounds of online interview. The interview was average but the second round the hiring manager was rather rude and kept cutting me off. There was 3 rounds of interview because the HR asked if i was keen to interview for another Talent Acquisition department, hiring for different roles.
The interview process is so fast, the interviewer didnt turn on the camera, its full in English. The questions are still general, like any other interview, but i'm a lil bit confused because the interviewer speak too fast.
