Fui abordado via linkedin por uma recrutadora que encontrou fit nas minhas experiências como Product Manager e também na área legal de compliance, após screening com a recrutadora, tive entrevista técnica com o Product Manager responsável pela vaga.

A entrevista técnica se baseou em um case (clássico de produto) de adequação de envio de produtos de maior volume. Alguns desafios hipotéticos foram apresentados, como a entrega de aparelhos de ar condicionado, que podem ser divididos em diferentes volumes. Alguns pontos a serem considerados eram os de tributação e limitação de dimensões por volume nos parceiros logísticos.
Had a great overall interview experience. The HR was incredibly warm and approachable — communication was smooth and she made me feel at ease right from the start. The second-round interviewer was equally friendly and professional, creating a comfortable atmosphere throughout the conversation. The whole process felt well-organized and respectful of the candidate's time.

The hiring level was friendly and open to discussion. Passed the first two rounds with the senior and team lead. Very nice 2-way discussion during the interview. Oddly, HR was the last round and I didn't hear back thereafter. The HR looked a bit distracted when I was speaking.
There are 3 interviews in totoal. The first two interviews are hiring manager interview. And the last interview is hr interview. The interviewer is strict and talkative. They like interactive style
