First stage interview with Shopee HR
- basic questions like walk me through your resume, tell me about your Excel & Powerpoint skills, market sizing question
Second stage interview with Hiring Manager from Regional BI & Planning department
- elaborate on experience in previous companies, detailed case study question based on a real project the department has done
- interviewer was quite stern and at times looked uninterested during the interview
- case study question didn't seem well-prepared, like it was thought of on the spot but interviewer expected a response with a good strategy despite giving insufficient info
