HR Screening for first round- coorindation could have been better and smoother. interview process was overall pleasant during interview with the HR personnel as she explained the job scope quite well

Interview
Hiring process was long and honestly confusing. Typical 3 round process with final round being with team lead + line manager. Made it to the "final" round where team lead mentioned they are happy for me to join the team and to wait for HR's next instructions. HR gave me a date that they will come back by but ultimately ghosted.
SQL and Python online assessment first, pretty difficult, only 80 mins to complete, interviewer was very nice though, easy to talk to, need to get prepared for some behavioral questions in the interview
