Phone screening with HR, can sense she's just reading and checkbox the question to ask rather than getting to know the candidate. Asked old school question which feels like copied from really old HR template.

When a candidate ask about company growth plan means they are also accessing if the company have potential. HR is not experience in promoting the company and blatantly say "I can't tell you that".
For God sake you can't even give a generic expansion plan and use this opportunity to promote the company? It felt one way interview and whatever candidate ask you get the non disclosure reply. It's either she is inexperience or total arrogance.
