Shopee Technical Project Manager interview questions

Interview process started with HR email and a short call with HR to know more about you and basically just normal chit-chat, why do you want to leave your current job etc. HR was friendly during the call. Once pass HR interview, he will schedule for interviews with department heads. 2nd and 3rd round was scheduled 2 weeks later (probably due to 9,9 sales). Had 2 interviews on the same day with 2 project managers. Interview was ok, was asked many situational questions like what would you do if this and that. Did not have a good impression with the 2nd interviewer as he was just going through the motion, asking everything on your resumé without additional questions asked. Got a call from HR the following day to tell me positive feedbacks from interviewers and they will proceed to the job offer. They asked for all my documents (including all certs, payslips) and expected salary. Waited for 2 weeks+ and in the end HR told me that position has been filled by another candidate, meaning offer has been rescinded. Note to management: Please do not ask candidate for their private documents/payslips without confirming job offer. It is very unethical to do so.

Had phone interview with the HR, and arranged a F2F interview the Chief of the Staff, the interview was conducted fully in Chinese, with a very standard interview routine, not as professional as I expect. I asked a few questions in the end, and I feel it is not the company I would like to work for.
