Quite the process. The whole thing took more time than I anticipated with long-form questions, skype calls, and situation testing questions that take a bit of research. All in all, it was fair for what the work is, expecially since the position is remote.

Interview
The interview was very informal - I was asked questions about where i grew up, etc. It was a very relaxed skype setting. It lasted about an hour.
I did go through to the second interviews, but obtained a job elsewhere and cancelled my second interview.
Seems like a great place to work though.

My first "interview" was a general chat with a member of the team, it was great! It's a simple general chat to get to see the real you, they want to see how friendly and open you are, not to ask you questions you may feel stuck answering, my biggest piece of advice. Be nothing other than you!!! They want to see how well you communicate and smile! Just be you!
The second interview was answering customer emails, doing live chats and handling phone calls!! Be as friendly as you can! Thats what they want! Do not stress just smile even when you are replying to an email, the customer should be able to tell if you are a friendly person by the email response! There are no trick questions as you have a website with most, if not all of the answers you need! And again, do not stress, they want to see you! Not a robot that has learned off interview material!
I messed up one section of the interviews, the phone calls, but shopify saw that I had potential and they let me redo it! I was trilled!
Smile, be you and on the interview phone calls just make sure you keep talking, do not let their be silence, ask about the customers day, their store and their progress! Or even the weather!
