Shopify Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

Long interview process with several tests. The technical test was in English and I failed because I wasn't fast enough. I was applying for the Mandarin position so doesn't make sense they measure my mandarin skills during an English test.

The interview is in two stages, the first was rather a casual interview which took place online during the lockdown. It's fair to expect it will remain that way for a while. The second portion is a live chat support aspect.
