Shopify Customer Service Representative interview questions

The interview process with shopify was straight forward, I first interviewed with HR which was very common questions about myself. From there I had a second interview with the manager and team lead. The questions I received from the lead were odd, and only 2 of the about 8 questions focused on experience in the work place
