They jump straight into technical interview, which was pair programming with a senior developer. they call it pair programing but it's just an interview. you get a zoom, share your screen and even set up your own dev environment. they watch as you code, make comments and ask questions. standard interview. i thought i did really well but then did not hear back for days before getting the rejection email. they encouraged me to apply in future.
