The interview process was very clear and well structured. I appreciate the transparency that was communicated throughout the entire process. There were multiple stages that took time to prepare and invest, but in order to filter through a large amount of applications, this was necessary to ensure the right fit.

How do you respondents difficult customer requests?
It was swift and easy, 2 rounds for the interviews - application, meeting the recruiter. The interviews were done all remotely. As for references, they sent emails for the references to fill out. All online, so no phone calls.

Tell me about yourself was one of the questions asked
online, friendly conversational interview. We just had a conversation about the position, what the role required and what I was looking for. There was nothing unexpected. Overall a pleasant experience.
