Interview
I was contacted by a Recruiter via LinkedIn and then had a couple of conversations with that individual. I was then invited in for a life story interview. I selected where I started in the my life story and worked through key milestones to the present day. The interviewer jumped in with various probes along the way.

Interview
Had a few steps. Stared with a Short initial phone screening to gauge interest and give time to ask some questions. Followed by a Life Story where you go into your professional experiences, the why's of the changes, and how you got to where you are. You can be as open as you want and never get ask invasive questions. From there you move to a deep dive interview into one of your experiences, might be the current or past, or you get to pick the one that you made most impact in.

Interview
Initial screen with recruiter, Life Story Interview, Reverse Life Story Interview, and Talent Deep Dive then offer. All partners were incredibly knowledgeable and engaging and the process was imbued with empathy at every turn. Great way to get a sense of what it would be like in role. Tremendously impressive recruiting team and company.
