Shopify interview questions

Phone screen: - Easy question about printing out distribution of numbers Life Story: I was asked to talk about my life story. I was describing in better details employment from CV, but wasn't asked a single question. Didn't know whether that's wrong or right. At the end I was asked what my salary expectations, why Shopify, what I am looking for on a new position and that's basically it. Later I read on Blind it wasn't about your career, but something else not related to professional skills. Whether you just trying to prepare for real interviews or really want to work in a company that pays nuts read their company values which will give you better understanding how to crack Life Story stuff.

The process was straight forward, I filled out the form on the Shopify website from which it took about 2 days to hear back with an invite to a lifestyle interview. There it was just about getting to know me and how I got on the road that has led me to apply for this position. After that I was invited to a technical interview which consisted of 2 chats and a Email. Overall I highly recommend creating a test store before the technical interview as it helped out a lot in preparation. The whole process took about a month
