Was referred by a friend. The next day received a link to an aptitude test that had to be completed in 25 mins (similar to an IQ test. Then a link to book a call for a live PM exercise (1 hour). During the exercise was presented a question about a Shopify problem and was asked to solve it. 5 mins for questions at the end. The person I spoke to was randomly assigned and was not the hiring manager.

Interview
Seemed like a typical multi-stage interview process. Had an initial call then moved to phase two where I spent a significant amount of time preparing a Sales presentation to two senior managers. The presentation + discussion was an hour long. It went well, then I never heard from them again. No offer, no ‘we will not move forward’, no feedback. I felt disrespected to be honest. I spent a lot of time doing multiple interviews with them, preparation, research, etc,.They told me I would hear back from them within the next 3 business days, but nothing. Then, I followed up with them after a full week had passed. No answer. Just not a great way to treat people.
