Shopify Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Our Technical Interview is essentially a role-play of what your daily workflow would be like were you to accept the position here. You will be asked a variety of different questions by our merchants, no two days are the same! It's important to be able to multi-task and think quickly to find a resolution. Then the Life Story lets us get to know more about you as a person, it's more of a conversation than an interview. We want to know more about you and what drives you! Our Talent teams do assess all roles within the company on a regular basis to ensure all compensation is meeting the current market value and competitive with other companies within the industry.
