Shopify Merchant Success Manager interview questions

Initial call with a Sr. Lead. Then the Lifestory with HR then two separate interviews with management. I’ve never been so bummed as I got to the final two applicants and said they wish I had more experience in digital marketing and encouraged me to apply again. It was a long 3months process but took a lot with me.

Automated email to schedule a video interview. Scheduling was easy. Overall the interview covered an overview of the role, discussed my work history and relevant experience. Interviewer was personable and did a great job of communicating her experience working with the company.
