Shopify Partner Manager interview questions

I was referred by an employee of Shopify so I did not apply online. However I do not have positive impression about the process. Because I have relevant experience in this position for over 5 years, I mean I was basically doing the same job in a smaller organization. Besides I've been using Shopify's product for more than 3 years which I've done everything all by myself. That means I know about the product in a pretty good level. I've been following the company for a while now and I was really interested in this job. One might think that the formula of "relevant experience+fine knowlege of product+interest in company" could get you at least an interview. Nope. No interview, no emails. Nothing. I just received an automatic rejection email. And I received that only AFTER I sent an email to the related HR person 10 days after my application. I know this company is very popular and too many people are applying them for a job but this incident made me feel that the company is having struggles with in-company processes, which is understandable when their growth ratio is considered.

Was sent an email request for interview and asked to choose an interview time from an online calendar. Met one of their recruitment team who showed me around the 8th floor and then settled into a boardroom to discuss the role and my potential fit.
