Shopify Project Manager interview questions

Life story felt very one-sided, all about me. I wanted it to be more conversational but wasn't really an opportunity to ask them questions as it's only 30 minutes. It was over video chat.

The interview process consisted of initial call with the hiring manager, a Life Story interview with the recruiter and and then a PjM planning walkthrough. Additionally, I had interviews with three other team members. The interview process took 2,5 months from application to decision call. All the questions were typical for a PjM position, no surprises there. Everyone was very enthusiastic about their jobs and easy to talk to. Unfortunately, in the end I was told that they decided to postpone hiring for this position indefinitely. It’s quite unusual to hear from a company of that caliber and I wish they aligned on this before dragging candidates through the process for months.
