Shopify Senior Partnerships Manager interview questions

At first I was really impressed with the interview process as it started right away with a conversation with hiring manager, that worked great. Then a brief call with recruiter to tell about my "life story" which was fine and lastly I was asked to do a case study on this specific product that was in early stages. Apparently the team was also new and this role was the first hire to work with the hiring manager. By the way, up until now, no mention about salary fit or anything, flying blind. The case study was very detailed and was basically a Strategy Plan/ Addressable Market Analysis / Competitors landscape/ research, which gave me a very strong impression that I (and other candidates) actually worked for free providing all that info to the hiring manager.
