Although our interviews tend to be more conversational and informal than at other employers, I promise they’re not designed to see if you can hold a conversation - we trust you can do that :) Our interviews are instead a more personal approach to learn about you as a person and potential employee; the things you’ve done, your successes and failures, and the way you think about things.
