I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Siemens (New York, NY) in Jan 2018
Interview
Worst interview process. Managerial round of Interview was postponed twice end moment. Unfortunately I lost my two leaves and travelling expense was 1.5k. Interview call letter was sent just 3 hours before the interview. Hence had to book ola to electronic city salapuria info zone and had to pay hefty bill. Then I attended managerial round and was asked to wait for HR round as I cleared the round. I was made to wait for 5 hours and later was asked to leave for the day due to HR's negligence for not updating me that HR round would be over telephone. Also to my surprise job type was defined in the last round that it is on contract. They din't mention in the mail. Had final HR round over telephonic and later was informed that I am shortlisted. No udpate so far regarding my offer letter. I have sent followup emails and to my bad luck I have not received response to my mails. It's been 2 months for my interview. I don't mind if I am not shortlisted but atleast I should be informed regarding the status. Who would compensate my 2 days leave? Who would reimburse my travelling charge? Ultimately I am the loser. I am surprised that Siemens being such a big organization has such a worst interview process. Such HR's should be thrown out of the organisation as they create bad reputation. They shouldn't take candidates for granted.
