I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Skin Laundry (Glendale, CA) in May 2026
Interview
Skin Laundry’s hiring process is incredibly disrespectful of applicants’ time. They make candidates jump through multiple interview rounds — including downloading Microsoft Teams for an initial interview — only to have different interviewers ask the exact same questions repeatedly.
Then they send a generic rejection email saying to “reach out directly for future opportunities” while also stating they can’t provide feedback due to “high volume.”
If you’re too overwhelmed to communicate properly with applicants, maybe stop wasting people’s time with unnecessary rounds of repetitive interviews.
Entire process felt disorganized, performative, and inefficient.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Skin Laundry (San Diego, CA) in Nov 2025
Interview
I received communication via Indeed about the position and was invited to engage in the application process. It involved 2 interviews, one with a Talent Acquisition Partner, and one with the actual location Manager.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I was asked more general interview questions (about my experience, strengths and weaknesses) and some situational questions (how I navigate coworker/client conflicts).
The interview process is a multi-stage evaluation that begins after a candidate applies for a job and includes stages like initial screening, assessments, and multiple interviews. It typically concludes with a background check, offer negotiation, and finally, onboarding, though the exact steps vary by company.
