Slack interview questions

Very tedious. They go through a chronological deep dive on all of your experience and spend 30 minutes of the full hour digging in on college experience. I would have preferred to discuss my most relevant experiences and examples given I graduated 10 years ago. It felt like an interrogation. They drill you with questions and each answer you give they push farther and made me very uncomfortable. The whole thing felt unnecessary and irrelevant to the job opening.

5 rounds of interviews, took 2 months, made it to the final round and didn't get the job. First phone interview was with a Slack Recruiter who was the only person I communicated with via email for the entire process. She was very helpful and prepped me for next rounds of interview. Next was with the person who who I would report to, then 3 sets of interview with different team members. This process took 1 week but hearing back about the final descion took 2 months.
