I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Sodexo (Fort Payne, AL) in Sep 2014
Interview
This as a phone screening with a recruiter. Turned out that they already had final candidates to meet the client, they were interviewing for "back-up". Needless to say, the interview was very basic, not many question asked. It lasted for all but 15 minutes... I had prepared so well and was looking forward to the opportunity just to realize there was no real opportunity to begin with. Disappointing.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Sodexo
Interview
The hiring process started with a phone interview with a recruiter, then with the hiring manager, next I met with the client, and then an offer was extended.
