Meet with HR first then have a English test first. This is a very basic portion. After passed, you have a chance to meet with your hiring manager. This is Day 1. Then you go back home, waiting 2nd interview invite if you are qualified. During 2nd interview, firstly, your hiring manager will meet with you again with top manager(division head/president). After that, you will meet HR team again to discuss in detail about your detail background and your expected salary package.
