Very lengthy process. Had 4 interviews some with people the role had nothing to do with. Most interviewers called out having to ask specific question and seemed more focused on typing their answers rather than engaging. One of the interviewers seemed biased to say no from the get go.

Tell me about a time when you lost your cool. Tell me about a time when you were stressed and you treated someone else disrespectfully.
Can you think of an example of something you did to enhance the reputation of your company?
What do you do when you’re stressed?
How would you handle a situation where an employee’s mistake cost the company a lot of money?

I worked my way up for stylist, to store manager to Area Manager. The interview for stylist was a face to face followed by a technical. Very easy and effiecent
