Springer Nature Editor interview questions

-Stage 1: There was an exercise to select 3 papers you would like to publish in their journal and why. -Stage 2: Face to face interview in London, but it was fully remote with people based in the US so was a bit strange and felt disconnected. It was a panel interview followed by a practical exercise and then several other group chats with other members of the team. It took 5+ hours and I didn't have time to drink water/use the bathroom.

Fairly simple process, standard interviews, a written test, everyone was really friendly even though I did not get the role. There were some generic interview questions mixed with more specific ones, they want examples.
