Question 1
Tell me one time that you have done more than your responsibilities
Only a couple of days after applying and uploading a video interview I was invited for another interview where the recruiter asked strange questions. After learning that I use the laptop for work, she asked if I have UPS because that is very important and will prevent losing data. I mentioned again that I don't work on a desktop but a laptop, but she was persistent that I need UPS for work and therefore she is sorry but can not proceed as I don't have the required equipment. I once more tried to explain that the laptop doesn't need UPS but she insisted it is necessary to have one to prevent data loss.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SupportYourApp (Kyiv, ) in Aug 2024
Interview
The interview process went quite fast despite the multiple stages but after the interview with the recruiter there was a silence for over a week. I got a rejection update immediately in response on my follow-up email but couldn't get any feedback on the position's requirements that were not met with my application
