I applied in-person. I interviewed at Susquehanna International Group
Interview
Two Phone Interviews and One in person. Lots of basic probability and a case study that was rather difficult in person. study operational basics and discrete probability methods. they will give a tour of the office space and gym first
Had the phone call interview with recruiter after applying, no Online Assessment. interview with behavioral questions about what makes you a good fit for the company and deep dive on resume
I interviewed at Susquehanna International Group (Philadelphia, PA)
Interview
A lot of analytical questioning besides the basic behavioral ones. Some quick brain teasers at the end that make you think about your decision making skills. Overall shouldn’t be too bad.
It was pretty on brand from what I saw in the reviews beforehand. They shoot out a couple of questions about probability and then send you on your way. I felt it was overall pretty basic.
