I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Susquehanna International Group (Philadelphia, PA) in Mar 2015
Interview
Everyone was incredibly kind. However, they did test you on how well you preform under pressure. Don't be alarmed if they talk loudly and ignore you while you try to solve problems. This is intentional. They questions are fairly standard for the position. Reviewing a Sales and Trading interview guide beforehand is probably the best way to prepare. Look up common brainteasers also.

Question 1
Why do you want to do trading?
Imagine a stock that either doubles up or down. Devise betting strategy to guarantee you make money.
I applied online. I was then given a 20 minute test, which I completed. However, I did not receive an answer. The test was easy and the questions were probability and statistics
The first stage was a numerical assessment, then followed by two telephone interviews, one 30 mins the other 1 hr long and then the final round was a video interview that was 2 hours long with two of their traders.
