Four total rounds of interviews. Took a little over a month from start to finish. Overall positive process. 1st: Recruiter screen - basic questions, review background and role 2nd: HM Zoom - discussing breadth of recruiting/sourcing experience 3rd: Sourcing Assignment presented to Sourcing Leads via Zoom, given random job description, asked to source 5 people and present via whatever medium you prefer. 4th: Final Onsite - Multi-Round Interviews - met with HM and two Heads of Recruiting, then meet & greet with the team.
