Some were multiple choice, others were answer boxes. Most questions were high-difficulty relating to finance, where as others were more general probability.

Long interview process. First stage was a finance online assessment, followed by a pre-screen interview about your interest in finance and a stock pitch. If you passed that, there's a case study, followed by an interview with equity researchers about general trading knowledge, and a quantitative assessment that are similar to math games.
