TP Customer Service interview questions

First you were given an general, english, and writing test assesment. Then you were having an interview with HR also a Live chat simulation on being a customer service, next it will be a user interview while doing a mock email simulation then you pass, unfortunately myself does'nt continue the procedure so i can say much.

TA was very helpful and was able to answer my questions. The person who also initiated my interview was also very easy to work with. Tho the updates took a while and it was very slow hopefully this could be fixed.
