Typing speed test followed by customer complaint scenario based on their Sainsburys account. Questions and Answers interview with HR. Started with describing current job asked what hours I had worked. Describing previous experience on customer service roles.

Training was provided online with a very polite, well trained and patient employee.. but started feeling rushed near ending of training as I began feeling as if they were just trying to meet some sort of timeline, which is understandable however after the beginning of employment you are expected to depend mainly on online resources and notes from your training. Not a bad company but be prepared to study and dedicate plenty of time towards your work.
