Foram vários testes visando identificar quais candidatos se adequavam ao perfil da vaga, levou bastante tempo, mas eles tinham toda e estrutura necessária o que foi muito bom.

Disseram que a operação em questão era bem dificil,por conta dos vários temperamentos dos clientes e como eu lidaria com isso.

Interview
I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.
The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
