The interview process was quite organized. First, I completed an online assessment related to the job skills. After that, I had a brief phone screening with HR where they asked about my background and availability. I attended two interview rounds — one with the hiring manager and another with a Account Manager from the team. Overall, it was a positive and engaging experience.

The interview process was smooth and professional. It started with an initial phone screening, followed by an in-person interview where I was asked about my background, skills, and relevant experiences. The interviewer was approachable and explained the role clearly, making the process less stressful.

I explained that I’m a quick learner, adaptable, and have both the technical knowledge and customer service skills that align well with the role’s requirements.

Interview
It was straight forward questions, able to answer it all with confidence, on how to handle customers and bounce back on performance, overall it's great and happy with the results which I pass.
