I had a initial interview where I was asked to describe my self. I also had several role plays/mock calls where the customer wants to buy purchase some items online so I offered my help. Then I received honent feedbacks about my performance after the phone call.
Sudden interview notifications, hence the interview was rescheduled 2 times, the interview was for scheduled for 2 times, the first one was HR interview it went smoothly and went on for around 7-8 minutes. then the user interview was held 2 days after.
