TP Technical Support Representative interview questions

The process, was Horrible. I applied online , and had a phone interview(initial). They said i passed the phone call interview, and will have 2 tests and a final interview, I arrived at the exact time as i was told. The environment was unprofessional, things weren't organized. People who walk-in we're more prioritized. I came all the way from pampanga to apply on Makati. I felt like i was just a typical walk-in applicant. IT WASN'T TWO TESTS it was more. 1st test= personality test, 2nd = computer test, 3rd = typing test.This test contains about 4-5 sets of quizzes I passed, and had a final interview, But i was not informed to have another test .. Last test was a phone call conversation with a programmed phone call test.(Hardest part of test) MATIRA MATIBAY talaga, dami pinaalis.. 3 nalang kami natira ng gabi. I am very fluent in english yet i was not hired, because of they said my voice was too soft, It wasn't too soft for me, i felt like everybody in the room could hear me, i felt like shouting. Although my skills was great, The HR just informed me i need to work on how loud my voice is. i failed the last test. I wish i was informed more about more about the REAL DETAILS OR REAL TESTS THAT YOU SHOULD BE TAKING, Very disappointing..Waste of time and effort.

everything was over the phone and after 4 or 5 conversations I got the job, they get you flight to Athens then the hotel then starts the training which you need to pass if not you go back home paying yourself the flight.
