Asked a lot about my previous management experience: staffing, food cost, labor... stuff like that. They also asked me about my leadership style. And they wanted to know how hands-on I was and how many hours - and nights - I worked.
I applied online. I interviewed at Taco Bell (New York, NY) in Jun 2018
Interview
Responded to an online listing and was pretty promptly emailed about the opening in a new location. Set up an interview, arrived early. Interview started on time. Was informed during the interview that they don't hire gms externally and I'd have to start at AGM. Didn't pursue past the interview because of this.
I applied online. I interviewed at Taco Bell (Kansas City, MO) in Jul 2015
Interview
I applied on line and waited to hear back. Talked with interviewer several times with questions as I progressed thru the hiring process. Corporate called and did a quick phone interview 20 minutes. I then talked with an area manager for a 1st interview and followed up with a regional and a second area manager contact and interview.

They reviewed my history and asked if I would be willing to drive to the location. Asked me if training would be an issue and asked what concerns I had. Did a tour of the location and what I thought about my observations.
