fill out application online, get a call to set up the interview, call you into the restaurant and basically sit at one of the dining tables. pretty informal to me.

Very relaxed interview process. Interviewed with the general manager and then the district manager. Both were one on one and involved questions about my ability to have a flexible schedule and why my experience qualified me to start as a manager rather than as a tea member. It seemed they were looking more for competency, conversation ability, and personality more than anything else.
