Recruiter reached out on LinkedIn, had a 30 minute phone chat, 30 minute zoom chat with hiring manager, final was a panel interview with 2 PMs & 2 digital marketing studio leads ( Rockstar and 2K ). After panel interview followed up with recruiter twice - radio silence. Followed up with hiring manager - radio silence. This company will ghost you even at the final stage.

Smooth interview process, friendly discussion that was more like a conversation then interview. Meet with entire team and managers. Nothing too serious as far as technical questions, its mainly for them to see how you vibe with their culture and values.
