Met with a team of 6 people for 1 phone and 5 1-on-1 meetings. The interviewers were courteous and frank with regards to the need and challenges of the role, and team. A company/team culture of support came through the interviews. The questions were behavioral type mostly focusing on inter-personal skills with some technical questions around software and sdlc. For other interviewees - this is not a high-stress interview method - the interviews were interactive with interviewers describing the role, team and individual goals, and a-day-in-the-life-of.., and asking questions directly related to real functions and challenges.
