I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Takeda Pharmaceuticals
Interview
Well planned out and properly described with experienced leaders and staff. The individuals present have worked in different departments and were able to provide information as needed. The energy was welcoming in this location and a tour was granted to get a better reflection of the area.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How does your past professional or academic experience contribute to this role?
Teams call with recruiter, no camera, interview with hiring manager and then final round with 2 interviews. Everyone was nice in the interviews and they are mainly culture fit questions. But no one ever contacts you if you don't get offered the position. You get ghosted. Not professional when you get to the final round of interviews.
I interviewed at Takeda Pharmaceuticals (Lexington, MA)
Interview
HR phone call for the first round. Walk through resume, tell me about your strengths, how do you handle conflicts, why takesda? And why this position? But they don’t sponsor visa so I got rejected.

The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Takeda Pharmaceuticals (New York, NY)
Interview
Easy to schedule; the interview process was going well, no difficult questions. Recruiter was very helpful at the beginning. But the hiring process is extremely long and tiring. It’s been over six weeks and I didn’t hear back from second interview. I was hoping I can hear some feedback either way.
