I applied online. I interviewed at Target (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2018
Interview
I applied online, got a call the next day wanting to set up an interview. Went in for the interview was asked a few basic questions about my self, and then a few situational questions. I was told they didn't want to hire because of my availability, which is weird because I had pretty much open availability...anyways, I think they had already found someone, because after I interviewed the job wasn't listed on the website. Overall they were very nice.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Target in Feb 2018
Interview
One interview, pretty relaxed, they have questions prepared that they read from asking you to recall times when turned a big problem around, when you were most proud of your work... questions similar to that.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Target (Houma, LA) in Mar 2018
Interview
Applied online, a few days after I submitted my application I gave Target a call to check on the status of my application( this also showed that I was very interested in working for the company). I was told that calls will be made the following week to schedule interviews. That following Thursday I received a call for an interview for the following week Friday. I accepted. Friday came, and I arrived 15-10 minutes early. I was called by one of the stores managers, and we began the interview. The interview process was very easy. Just remember to stay confident in your answers. After acing the interview I was told I that they’d like to schedule a second interview, and I accepted. The second interview was scheduled for Monday. The questions asked were very similar questions in the 1st interview. After acing the 2nd interviewer I was offered the position. I’m so excited to work for this company.
