Target Fulfillment interview questions

Interviewing for Target is the least stressful process I have ever done. Everything is online. There is a video format where you record your answers to prerecorded questions. If everything goes well and they want to hire you HR or a lead will call you to set up orientation.

There was a program that gave you a little bit of time to come up with an answer to a question they asked you, and you would record yourself answering the question.
