Target Fullfilment interview questions

They sit you down with an ETL(department manager) who'll ask you a couple of questions about yourself while also asking questions related to the job you're applying for. They gave me an offer right after the interview but I'm not sure if this is a normal thing they do.

It was great, nice and easy. Simple questions and they love to hear about yourself and volunteer work. Got the job on the spot. It was 2 interviews in one day.
