Simple and direct. Did not have to wait long at all it was super quick and easy and simple and direct. Was a very brief interview cannot stress that enough.

Standard process, STAR method is good to use in interviews like this. Wear nice clothing not too dressed up not too formal and be friendly. Positive environment not super high pressure
