I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target in Apr 2012
Interview
Initally had a phone interview and was passed on to an in-person interview about 1 week after. The in-person interview included an itinerary for the day. I had to meet with 4 different people, each interview lasting 30 minutes each. Target is big on SBO (situation, behavior, outcome) questions. They followed a specifc questionaire in a packet they had when asking interview questions. Once the interviews were over I had to take a skills/personality test, which took about an hour to complete. Overall, the experience was good. I interviewed well, but they hired someone internally. The questions I was asked were all on this website so my recommendation would be to study the questions and have some good power stories available.

Question 1
Describe a time when you had difficulty working with a co-worker, what the behavior you took was and what the outcome was?
interview process was okay, asks a lot of basic information on previous employers, experience and what you are able to do. All in all, wasn't very hard. Heard back quickly too which was nice
Rude judgmental and a very bad experience I hated it so much they asked for my paper and ID with masked officers who yelled at me a lot it was awful
